Hi Liz! Thanks so much for writing. This whole thing is so difficult, isn’t it? I’m glad we found each other, because we can support each other through this and I’ve found the support of my online buddies to be incredible. I don’t know what I’d do without them.

I know what you mean about being STILL sore from the PIO shots! I can’t believe how long we stay sore from those!

So you are right behind me then! That’s great you’ve got your schedule. All this waiting for stuff is for the birds, ugh! Just having dates means so much!

Please keep in touch! I’d love to know about all the details on your cycle. Feel free to email me and rant and rave and whatever you need to do that helps you get through this, ok?

I just read through your entire blog. We have so many things in common. Honest to God, your every emotion seems to have mirrored mine the last year and a half. My husband and I were married in late 2010 (I’m 43 and he is 44) and we have been TTC since that time. We’ve also gone through IVF and FETs, only to be told that our only option is donor eggs. Our donor started Lupron today and will start stims on 2/17 with an estimated retrieval date of 2/27. So, I’m right behind you. Also, just reading about the PIO shots is making me cringe. I did my last FET in November and my butt is STILL sore from the shots!

Anyway, I’m so glad I found your blog. Thanks for all your honesty and openness. No one really understands this long road unless you go through it.

I will be thinking and praying for you and your transfer on the 13th!

sorry … I dropped my pad while typing
so I also had my transfer on 12/11. I am just waiting for 12/26 for first beta!
